Fitrakis Speaks at "A Call for Honest Elections"
Columbus, OH — On Wednesday, December 14, Prof. Bob Fitrakis was one of the featured speakers at a national forum billed as "A Call for Honest Elections: Why Computerized Voting Threatens Democracy and What We Can Do About It." The event, held at the Community Church of New York Unitarian Universalist on East 35th Street in Manhattan, was sponsored by TrueMajority, Business Leaders for Sensible Priorities, and New Yorkers for Verified Voting.
Aside from Fitrakis, co-author of How the GOP Stole America's 2004 Election and Is Rigging 2008, the program featured Mark Crispin Miller, author of Fooled Again: How the Right Stole the 2004 Election & Why They'll Steal the Next One, Too (Unless We Stop Them) and Bo Lipari, Executive Director of New Yorkers for Verified Voting.
